VoloMetrix Announces Natalie McCullough as Chief Revenue Officer and Peter Cullen as Chief Privacy Advisor

Former Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager at ServiceSource and Chief Privacy Strategist at Microsoft Join VoloMetrix to Drive Growth and Provide the Highest Level of Security and Privacy for Enterprise Customers

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwired - Feb 19, 2015) - VoloMetrix, a leading people analytics technology company that provides actionable insights to improve organizational productivity, today announced Natalie McCullough as its chief revenue officer and Peter Cullen as its chief privacy advisor, effective immediately. In her role at VoloMetrix, McCullough will be instrumental in growing revenue and capitalizing on VoloMetrix's current position as the leader in enterprise people analytics technologies. As chief privacy advisor, Cullen brings extensive experience in privacy and risk management to ensure a continued emphasis on enabling information use while maintaining stringent privacy standards.

These executive hires follow VoloMetrix's October Series B funding round of $12 million as well as a significant patent that was filed in August for its ground-breaking people analytics technology. The addition of McCullough and Cullen will enable VoloMetrix to continue growing its customer base, driving revenue and providing enterprises strategic counsel around workplace analytics and privacy.

Many large enterprise companies have little visibility into their most valuable assets: their workforce and time. With its innovative technology, VoloMetrix provides organizations with unprecedented insight into how and where time is invested. The de-identified and aggregated data extracted from company emails, calendars and human resource tools provides actionable insights to drive sales, improve employee engagement and reduce organizational bureaucracy.

"Natalie and Peter bring immense and invaluable experience to our team," said Ryan Fuller, CEO and co-founder of VoloMetrix. "Natalie has a proven track record of dramatically increasing revenue and growing startups to become successful organizations. Peter's presence on our team will help us ensure the highest privacy standards for clients as well as position us to provide strategic guidance around data analytics and use in the workplace."

McCullough brings two decades' worth of experience in marketing, sales and solutions to her role as chief revenue officer at VoloMetrix. Prior to joining VoloMetrix, she served as a senior executive at -ServiceSource in a variety of roles, including senior vice president of go-to-market, executive vice president and general manager of cloud services, chief strategy officer and chief marketing officer. Under McCullough's eight years of leadership, revenue at ServiceSource grew significantly and she was instrumental in taking the company public. Before ServiceSource, McCullough was an associate principal at McKinsey & Co. working with technology, healthcare and services companies in both the B2B and B2C spaces. McCullough received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her undergraduate degree from Stanford University.

"With VoloMetrix, I see a tremendous opportunity to help revolutionize how businesses operate. No one else has successfully addressed the issue of bureaucracy in the modern enterprise, and I believe VoloMetrix is poised to do so. We are in a unique position to help companies streamline processes, reduce wasted time, improve sales productivity and increase employee engagement," said McCullough.

Cullen brings over two decades' of expertise in corporate governance, privacy and risk management relating to information use as well as an extensive background in building sound organizational practices. He serves as the CEO of Global Information Governance Solutions, a boutique consulting firm providing strategic advisory services to organizations. Cullen was general manager of Trustworthy Computing and chief privacy strategist at Microsoft, where he led the development and implementation of programs that bolstered the privacy and trustworthiness of Microsoft products, services, processes and systems worldwide. Cullen holds an MBA with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

"VoloMetrix is committed to data protection and providing the highest levels of privacy for its customers," said Cullen. "I look forward to engaging with VoloMetrix's clients to help them be on the cutting edge of workplace analytics."
