Dividend Declaration
The Board of Chrysalis VCT plc is pleased to announce the following dividends:
- an interim dividend of 1.75p per share in respect of the six month period ending 30- April 2015 (Period ended 30 April 2014: 1.75p per share), and
- in addition, a special dividend of 2.25p per share will be paid, as a result of a further receipt of proceeds from the disposal of Wessex Advanced Switching Products Limited, which was sold in March 2014.
The total dividend of 4.0p per share will be paid on 8 May 2015 to Shareholders on the register at 10 April 2015.
