Emil Gerardi has more than 12 years of experience recruiting in the Life Sciences and Analytical industries. He first got his start in recruiting after college working as a corporate recruiter for a major executive recruiting franchise specializing in scientific instruments and helping to build their scientific division. He annually ranked in the top 5% globally for production and has intimate knowledge of scientific markets while working there.
