LAS VEGAS, NEV., March 9, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- An Associa Sierra North community manager and two of its communities were award recipients at the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Nevada Chapter Annual Awards Gala on Saturday February 21 at the TI Hotel in Las Vegas.
Community Association Manager Judy Pinto took home honors as Onsite Manager of the Year for the fine work she's been doing at Highland Ranch in Sun Valley. The Associa Sierra North managed association of Wingfield Springs won the award for Master Association of the Year and Tanamera Condominiums, also managed by Associa Sierra North, won the Medium Association of the Year.

Wingfield Springs in Sparks consists of 58 acres of common area and was recognized for its enhanced website, holiday parties, twice annual garage sale, and a dog behavioral campaign co-partnering with the Regional Animal Services. The association manager is Melissa Robertson.
The Resort at Tanamera consists of 440 apartment style homes and is located in Reno's South Meadows area. It features a 15,000 square foot clubhouse with a cardio theater, racquetball, squash courts, movie theater, grand piano, business center, sports lounge, over 1800 trees, 8 water features, serenity garden, playground, koi pond and lagoon style pool heated year-round.
