(Nasdaq:ROSE) (the "Company") announced today it intends to commence an underwritten public offering of 12,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay outstanding borrowings under the Company's revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes. The Company intends to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,800,000 shares of common stock.
