Emil Gerardi has more than 12 years of experience recruiting in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, and Analytical instruments. He first got his start in recruiting after college working as a corporate recruiter for a major executive recruiting franchise specializing in scientific instruments and helping to build their scientific division. Gerardi annually ranked in the top five percent globally for life sciences production and has intimate knowledge of scientific markets from his years of scientific recruiting expertise. Emil Gerardi decided to partner with Search Solution Group and help build their Baltimore office's Life Sciences and Analytical Instruments headhunting division after seeing the tremendous amount of growth that Search Solution Group went through in the last year.
His plans are to accomplish what Charlotte Managing Partner and Founder of Search Solution Group, Jeremy Gnozzo, has accomplished at their headquartered office in Charlotte, N.C.
