The NAFC will sponsor the Clinic in Kansas City. The clinic will offer basic medical care (including medical exams, diabetes tests, cholesterol tests, EKGs, pregnancy tests, HIV testing, kidney disease testing and more), dental care (extractions only), 3 free months of medication, health education, connection to follow up care and on-site insurance navigators.

Both medical and non-medical volunteers are needed and are encouraged to register now to work at the clinic. Additional information on the clinic, as well on registering to volunteer, is available at: www.NAFC2015KCCARE.com.
