ASSA ABLOY acquires Quantum Secure in the US

ASSA ABLOY has acquired Quantum Secure, Inc, the leading provider of solutions
to help enterprises manage identities and meet compliance requirements in highly
-regulated industries.

manage identities across multiple sites for employees, visitors, vendors, and
contractors.”

Quantum Secure was founded in 2004 and the head office is located in San Jose,
California. The company has some 175 employees and contractors.

Bookings are expected to reach USD 45 M (approx. SEK 400M) in 2015. The
acquisition is expected to be neutral to earnings from start.
