Pascal Labrue will leave his position as Regional Managing Director for Western
Europe. He has been employed at Intrum Justitia since 2000, as Managing Director
for France during 2000-2004 and thereafter as a Regional Managing Director.

As of 30 March 2015, Harry Vranjes, the Group’s Chief Information Officer, holds
the position as acting Regional Managing Director for Western Europe. The
process of recruiting a permanent Regional Managing Director has been initiated.
