Lubrizol Renews ASPE Affiliate Sponsorship Commitment
CLEVELAND, April 6 2015 - The Lubrizol Corporation, the world leader in chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) resins and compounds used in plumbing, fire sprinkler systems and industrial piping, has renewed its commitment as an Affiliate Sponsor of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE).
As an Affiliate Sponsor, Lubrizol affirms its support for ASPE and its more than 6,000 members nationwide. The relationship with ASPE provides Lubrizol with a direct connection to the organization's members, who make specification decisions about the plumbing piping systems used on building and construction projects. Sponsorship also gives Lubrizol continuing opportunities to build name recognition with the national plumbing engineering community. Lubrizol product and service information is distributed through a variety of ASPE communication channels including its official publication, Plumbing Engineer; its newsletter, ASPE Pipeline; its website, ASPE.org; other print and digital social media outlets; and the society's professional and educational events.

The biennial honor, given to a company that brings unique and substantial benefit to the industry, was presented at the organization's convention in Chicago, IL. in late 2014. In addition, Lubrizol sponsored hands-on intermediate and advanced Revit MEP workshops in Austin, TX. Lubrizol will continue to sponsor key ASPE association events throughout 2015.
