LOS ANGELES, April 6, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Houlihan Lokey, the international investment bank, today announced that John Perkins has joined the firm as a Managing Director in the firm's Strategic Consulting business. He is based in Los Angeles and will lead Houlihan Lokey's Strategic Consulting business for financial sponsors.
Mr. Perkins was previously a Partner and Director at Bain & Company, where he has served in a number of roles over the course of nearly three decades. Most recently, he led the firm's North American debt practice and its Los Angeles private equity practice. He has extensive experience in strategy review and organizational redesign, profit improvement, and growth diversification, with specific expertise in the consumer products and services, industrial goods, and healthcare services sectors. Mr. Perkins is the first senior addition to Strategic Consulting since Houlihan Lokey acquired Bridge Strategy Group in January 2015.
