RALEIGH, N.C., April 06, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SplendidCRM Software, Inc., a pioneering provider of Microsoft-centric Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, has released their Enterprise edition version 9.1 with integrated bi-directional synchronization with QuickBooks Online.
"Even though we had a major release a few months ago that included some significant features including a chat system, a new report designer and a set of mobile clients for Android and iOS, we were compelled to add support for QuickBooks Online as we moved our own accounting from the desktop edition to the online edition," said Paul Rony, President of SplendidCRM Software. "Most of our competitors charge an extra fee for QuickBooks integration, but we include it as a key feature of our Enterprise edition."
One of the key motivating factors to migrate from the desktop edition of QuickBooks to the online edition of QuickBooks was to eliminate the single point of failure. Synchronizing with the desktop edition of QuickBooks requires a dedicated workstation with QuickBooks running 24/7.
SplendidCRM has supported synchronization with the desktop edition of QuickBooks for almost three years using a third-party library. This new implementation was developed internally and all the source code is included with the Enterprise product.
