50,000 Bars of Soap to Be Donated to Charity by Shugar Soapworks Over the Next Eight Months

COMMERCE, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 7, 2015) - Shugar Soapworks, honoring its vision to provide consumers with affordable, healthy, natural soaps while protecting animals and the environment from unnecessary harm, today announced it will donate 50,000 bars of individually wrapped soaps to nonprofit charities across North America. Known for its natural, vegetable based, lightly scented soaps, the company will select two charities each month through October 31, 2015, based on nominations from consumers made through the Shugar Soapworks - Venezia Soaps Facebook page. 

Each month, two charities will be selected to receive 3,125 of these specially packaged soaps made of natural ingredients. In addition, a year's supply of Venezia Soaps (10 seven ounce bars) will be given out twice each month to two individuals who are selected randomly from all those who nominated charities as a thank you from Shugar Soapworks.

Charities should be registered as a 501(c)3 nonprofit. Shugar Soapworks reserves the exclusive right to select the charities to receive the donations and the individuals to receive the 10 bars of soap. Each charity and/or individual selected to receive soaps will only be eligible to receive soaps one time in 2015.
