RCI BANQUE ISSUES A € 750 MILLION FRN MATURING IN 2018
RCI Banque announces the issuance of a long 3 year bond with a coupon of Euribor 3 months +58bp.
After a fixed rate bond in February, the group also meets the market demand for floating rate debt. Investors' confidence in RCI Banque's signature enabled to build a book of 175 orders and 2 billion euros.
The bond size, fixed at 750 million euros, is the highest issued by the group over the past three years.
