Mr. Richards returned to the University of Arkansas to attend law school in 2009. While there, he summered as a Judicial Extern for Justice Danielson at the Arkansas Supreme Court, and later at the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office in Criminal Appeals. On his new appointment, Mr. Richards commented, “I’m delighted to join EquityNet and am proud to be part of such a highly qualified team. EquityNet has helped over 40,000 entrepreneurs raise over $280 million so far, and I’m excited to assist with the development of new initiatives that will expand those numbers exponentially in the months to come.
