Cleveland, OH, April 14, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RevoLaze, LLC, a laser technology firm headquartered in Westlake, OH, announced today that it has reached a settlement and license agreement with Crystal Apparel LTD regarding the patent infringement lawsuits filed with the International Trade Commission on January 7, 2015. As the first denim jean manufacturer in China to execute a license with RevoLaze, Crystal Apparel now has an authorized channel of trade to laser etch denim garments for any denim brand in the world. The financial terms of the agreement are confidential.
Crystal Apparel was one of 9 denim jean manufacturers added to the existing patent infringement lawsuit filed with the International Trade Commission August 18, 2014 naming 17 denim jean companies. The company joins fellow manufacturer Modelos Yasiro as well as brands Levi Strauss & Co, VF Corporation, Eddie Bauer, Replay Jeans and BlankNYC in reaching a settlement and license agreement with RevoLaze.
