Offer for Subscription Extension
The Board of Downing THREE VCT plc is pleased to announce the extension of the Offer for Subscription in respect of J Shares that launched on 11 December 2014. The Offer had previously been scheduled to close on 30 April 2015 but has now been extended to 3 p.m. on 30 June 2015 (unless previously fully subscribed or further extended).
