The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on April 24, 2015, under the symbol "APIC." In addition, Apigee has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 767,250 additional shares of common stock from Apigee at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions, to cover over-allotments, if any.
