As Vice President of Business Development for the East Coast, Gates will be responsible for the promotion of MGAC's project management, cost and risk assessment, and IT consulting services across the company's diverse blend of client markets. Gates has also been named to MGAC's group of Managing Directors, joining an established legacy team of senior leadership committed to furthering MGAC's mission to serve owners as trusted strategic advisors.

Gates has served in numerous capacities for local philanthropic and volunteer organizations, including the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, Washington Building Congress, and Northern Virginia CREW Board of Directors. Her involvement with local charitable endeavors continues in her new role, supporting MGAC's culture of giving back through ongoing relationships with organizations such as Calvary Women's Services.
