In its second year, the Women Making a Difference Symposium & Awards is an initiative aimed at inspiring local female executives by honoring outstanding achievements in business by women throughout Los Angeles County.
A 20-year advertising industry veteran with a proven track record of agency growth, Bracken joined Palisades MediaGroup in 2010, and earlier this year was promoted to the newly created President/COO role to oversee the agency's daily operations across its offices in Santa Monica and San Francisco. Traditionally known for its work with film studios, under Bracken's watch, Palisades has expanded its portfolio with new business wins including Dropbox, Belkin International, BevMo!, Mercury Insurance and UGG Australia.

During her tenure at Saatchi & Saatchi in New York, she was named Advertising Age's Media Strategist of the Year.
