GREENFIELD, WI--(Marketwired - May 13, 2015) - Shopping for a Honda in Metro Milwaukee just got a lot easier thanks to the opening of All-Star Honda located on the corner of 27th and College Ave., the former location of Boyland Honda.
Jerry Cousin has taken over as President of All-Star Honda and has transformed the dealership into one of Wisconsin's fastest-growing customer-friendly Honda dealers in a matter of months.
The Honda brand is synonymous with quality and Cousin intends to instill that same level of quality at the dealership. "After two decades in the car business I know that customers hate surprises when it comes to purchasing or servicing their automobiles," Cousin said. "That's why at All-Star Honda we believe in being 100% transparent and understand customers don't like surprises in sales or in service. We are dedicated to treating every customer at All-Star Honda like the MVP that they are and look forward to impressing every customer with our dedication to superior sales and service."
Cousin hopes to reverse the negative perception some people have of auto buying by creating an experience that welcomes customers back with a feeling of respect. "Our customers will leave All-Star Honda knowing they have experienced the MVP treatment," said Cousin.
All-Star Honda is also committed to becoming a connector in the Milwaukee community to create a positive economic impact and align with initiatives to better the community. Part of this commitment included unveiling an online regional calendar that will be a hub for community events.
About the Partners: Jerry Cousin Jr. has over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, the last five in Southeast Wisconsin. Cousin had a successful tenure as President of Honda of Kenosha from the dealership opening in May of 2010 until October, 2013. During that time, Honda of Kenosha was Wisconsin's fastest growing Honda dealership and winner of the Honda President's Award for Excellence and Customer Satisfaction. Previously, as General Manager of Big Island Honda, in Hilo and Kona, Hawaii, the dealership was also awarded the Honda President's Award. Fewer than 15% of Honda dealerships are given this award.
Jon Palmen has spent a lifetime in the automotive business and represents his family's third generation in the business. He embodies the All-Star philosophy as both a fitness and basketball coach. He was born in Kenosha and was honored by the Kenosha Unified School District as the Meritorious Service Award winner on May 9th.
Mark Wade is a lifelong Milwaukee resident, retired firefighter with 30 years of service, and entrepreneur. The opportunity to become a partner in a business dedicated to benefiting the community he loves and has dedicated his entire life to serving motivated him to join the All-Star team.
Jerry Cousin, Sr. views his partnership at All-Star Honda as a personal challenge to create a better consumer car buying experience. Community has always been part of the Cousin's way of living and he feels fortunate his family can leverage All-Star Honda to continue to give back to southeastern Wisconsin nonprofits, churches, and shelters. Cousin is a military veteran, having served for 26 years in the United States Army.
