NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - May 19, 2015) - Ted Florea joins PNYC (Partners + Napier NYC) as Chief Strategy Officer effective immediately. He has led strategy on some of the industry's most groundbreaking campaigns such as Honey Maid's "This is Wholesome" and Prudential's "Challenge Lab."
Florea will be responsible for the strategic leadership of all existing PNYC business, and will play a critical role in business development. The move to PNYC reunites Florea with agency president Matt Dowshen; both previously worked together at JWT on the global De Beers business.

Florea spent three years as Head of Brand Strategy at Droga5 in NYC and the five years prior as Group Strategy Director at Goodby Silverstein & Partners. He has delivered brand and business strategies for a multitude of A-list clients, including Toyota, Activision Blizzard, Dun & Bradstreet, Kraft, Intel, UNICEF, The Coca-Cola Company, Chevrolet, PepsiCo-Frito Lay, Hyundai, Saturn, and Netflix.
