NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - May 20, 2015) - Bayshore Networks®, the cybersecurity leader for the Industrial Internet of Things, today announced that Silicon Valley cybersecurity industry leader John E. McNulty has joined its Board of Advisors.
As CEO of Secure Computing from 1999 to 2008, McNulty guided the company from less than $30M in annual revenue to more than $200M in annualized run-rate in 2007. In 2008, McAfee acquired Secure Computing for approximately $500M. Prior to Secure Computing, McNulty held leadership positions at Intel and Genesys.
Following Secure Computing, McNulty was President & CEO of InterAct911 Corp., a public safety software platform company, until its acquisition by Constellation Software Inc. in March of this year.
"I'm very excited to become a Bayshore Networks Board Advisor during the company's break-out year," said McNulty. "In recent months, the Company was named a Gartner Cool Vendor in Operational Technology, listed on the Cisco Global Price List, and continued to receive validation from its Fortune 100 industrial enterprise customer base. Bayshore represents an extremely compelling opportunity in the high-growth IoT cybersecurity industry, particularly when you consider that it has received very little outside investment to date."
"We are thrilled to have someone of John's stature join our team," said Francis Cianfrocca, Bayshore Networks Founder & CEO. "Moving forward, John's experience and connections throughout Silicon Valley and the cybersecurity community will become very valuable resources for Bayshore."
