Roberto Dunatov is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Auditor whose previous positions include executive roles in auditing and corporate finance for PriceWaterhouse’s branches in several Italian cities. His responsibilities encompassed Practice Development, M&A, Technical Matters, Eastern Europe and Financial Institutions.
Mario Maestroni has worked with a number of high-tech companies in Italy, USA, Yugoslavia and the Far East. Mario has held executive positions at Olivetti/Bull, GE and Honeywell Information Systems, Sasib Railway, PLV, and Conceive Asia (Singapore). Mario is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Serbo-Croatian.
Barbara Grieco held various positions at STMicroelectronics, an Italian-French leading manufacturer of electronic components, serving as Director of M&A, Corporate Strategy and Business Development at the STMicroelectronics headquarters in Geneva. She has extensive experience in M&A cross-border transactions, corporate strategy and business development. Barbara holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics at Bocconi University, Milan (1995) and an International Master in Economic Science at Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
