The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management.
To earn the PCAM designation, a community management professional must have at least five years direct community association management experience, successfully pass their CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community Associations) examination, pass six related courses through CAI and complete an extensive case study among numerous other items.
