On the show, Nancy touched upon her own experience with being diagnosed with breast cancer, despite living what she believed to be a healthy lifestyle. She discussed the four pillars of health and wellness that she designed called "Get on B.A.S.E.!" (the acronym stands for Breathe! Act! Smile! Eat!). Nancy is dedicated to educating, inspiring, and empowering others to make healthy life choices and take charge of their own health!
As part of her radio appearance, Nancy discussed her own breast cancer diagnosis in December of 2011. This diagnosis made her realize that what she thought was a healthy lifestyle wasn't necessarily healthy living, and she went on a quest of her own to learn about the true pillars of whole body health. This quest changed her life, and she hopes it can change the lives of others as well.
In addition to being a wellness consultant, certified health coach and motivational speaker for Back to Health 4 Life!, Nancy is also CEO of Back to Health Family Chiropractic LLC. Nancy has given motivational presentations all over Texas on a variety of healthy living topics, designed to meet the needs of each audience.
