THOUSAND OAKS, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 16, 2015) - Integrated Management Concepts (IMC), the premier cloud-based provider of Earned Value Management (EVM) software, today announced a strategic partnership that will meet the critical need for EVM and ANSI-748 compliance for businesses working with the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and specifically its Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA).
"BDO's EVMS expertise combined with our CloudEVM and VirtualEVM Experts creates an ideal solution for companies seeking choices in how they meet the federal government's ANSI-748 compliance requirements," said Mark Tillema, President and CEO of Integrated Management Concepts. "This partnership provides a cost-effective, cloud-based solution where CloudEVM can be used on enterprise engagements in conjunction with BDO's overall EVMS implementation strategy."
BDO will offer CloudEVM through a Software as a Services (SaaS) model, where customers' analysts and control account managers have access to dashboards and variance analysis functionality while IMC's VirtualEVM Experts operate CloudEVM. This eliminates the need for small- to medium-size businesses to install and maintain hardware and software on-site while providing them with a streamlined, intuitive solution that simplifies compliance, and provides in-depth analytics that serve as accurate and reliable predictors of project success. In addition, BDO will facilitate subscription sales and offer services around the total EVMS process efforts.
"Offering EVMS through a SaaS model solves an enormous problem for companies grappling with meeting government requirements, especially those working in HHS," said Robert Craig, Managing Director at BDO United States. "The performance, quality and flexibility of CloudEVM makes it our preferred solution for customers collaborating with IMC's VirtualEVM Experts and our EVMS process teams, as well as for businesses that opt to use CloudEVM internally while we undertake the EVMS process work."
While initially focusing on HHS, IMC will work with BDO to expand this strategy into other industries with the same ANSI-748 requirement.
