Castillo brings to FinancialForce.com more than 16 years of experience in product strategy from Ultimate Software. There, she led the strategic planning, creation and growth of all HCM solutions, from the inception of its first on-premise HR and payroll offerings, to the delivery of its current cloud-based global HCM platform.
