Iliad announces it entered in exclusive negotiations with Numericable SFR with a view to purchasing a portfolio of assets in connection with the offer submitted by Altice for the acquisition of Bouygues Telecom by Numericable SFR.
This transaction is subject to negotiation of definitive agreements and acceptance of the offer by Bouygues.
