Peterson is responsible for the success of more than 27,000 instructor users across 600 Echo360 client institutions -- offering them the support to create new learning opportunities for students and in analyzing data to inform their teaching.
In this role, Peterson's responsibilities include service deployment, user training and best practices, technical support, and long-term customer satisfaction with a focus on the critical academic success factors of educational institutions worldwide.

Peterson is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he studied international relations, European history and computer science. He resides in Vienna, VA, with his wife and three children, and is based at Echo360 headquarters in Reston, VA.
