Parfitt began his career with Associa in 1991 in Ann Arbor, Michigan and has been working in the community management industry for more than 24 years. He recently relocated from Las Vegas, Nevada to Dallas, Texas. Parfitt's community management experiences include working within master plan communities, high rises, mixed use developments, condominiums, and single family homes providing professional, complete, and timely service for repairs, installations, supervision and advice for community improvements. He also served honorably in the US Navy for 22 years.
