The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for a variety of CISCO Routers, Switches, and associated modules (classified and unclassified). CISCO equipment is the only acceptable equipment that can integrate and be compatible with equipment currently installed on the fielded systems on submarines and the Platform Integration Test bed (PIT) laboratory. New equipment is required, not refurbished. Vendor shall certify that it is a Cisco Authorized Channel as of the date of the submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization level required by Cisco to support both the product sale and product pricing. Unless otherwise specified, vendor shall warrant that the products are new and in their original box.
The vendor confirms to have sourced all Cisco products submitted in this offer from Cisco or through Cisco Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and current Cisco's applicable policies at the time of purchase. Vendor shall provide Buyer with a copy of the End User license agreement, and shall warrant that all Cisco software is licensed originally to Buyer as the original licensee authorized to use the Cisco software. No substitutes allowed. This procurement will be advertised as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 334111 (size standard: 1,000 employees). Evaluation will be lowest price, technically acceptable. An anticipated solicitation release date is on or before 15 July 2015. This is not an RFP. This notice shall not be construed as a promise to contract or a commitment of any kind. This information is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract.
