CHICAGO, Aug. 05, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RHR International (“RHR”), a world leader in executive and organizational development, has appointed Lisa Fine to the position of controller.
Lisa is responsible for RHR’s U.S. and international accounting department. She has extensive experience in change management and strategic support, as well as budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Prior to joining RHR, Lisa worked for Aon PLC for more than 12 years. As Senior Director, U.S. Shared Services, Lisa led the U.S. accounting and finance shared service team for Aon in the Americas. As part of her responsibilities, Lisa was the Strategic Lead for Aon’s Finance Leadership Program and headed the transition of U.S. accounting processes, including a redesign of the global accounting close process. Prior to Aon, Lisa held senior accounting roles in the medical products and financial services industries.

Lisa received a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois – Champaign-Urbana, and is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
