Vendini Hires Former Cisco Exec as VP of Customer Success

The San Francisco Based Company Taps Tricia Baker to Lead Charge on Customer Happiness and Success


SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - August 19, 2015) - Today, Vendini, the company that makes the business of live events simple, formally announced the addition of Tricia Baker as VP of Customer Success. Ms. Baker will be leading the Customer Success team and working to scale operations while increasing the overall satisfaction and loyalty of the Vendini Members.

Ms. Baker comes to Vendini from Melbourne IT, where she served as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Operations. Before Melbourne IT, she spent over a decade at Cisco and most recently was the Senior Director of Web and Collaboration Solutions for the company. Ms. Baker is passionate about STEM education and mentorship and currently serves as COO at Basis Foundation, a supporter of science, education and health nonprofits. She holds a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University and graduated from the Executive Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
