TOPEKA, Kan., Aug. 31, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Security Benefit has promoted Jamal Ford to regional vice president for Northern Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Ford joined Security Benefit as an internal sales consultant in 2012 and was later promoted to the role of e-wholesaler. Based out of Mesquite, Texas, Ford will work to build and support relationships with financial advisors throughout his territory.

Prior to joining Security Benefit, Ford was a branch sales manager with CoreFirst Bank and Trust. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Washburn University and has his Series 6, 63 and Life Insurance licenses.
