Both Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall, which is exclusively for adults, and Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall, which is for guests of all ages, opened in December 2014. Both all-inclusive luxury resorts have recently been recognized with AAA's coveted Four Diamond Award.

Mr. Concha brings more than 25 years of hospitality management experience to his new position. He joined Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in 1988 at the Hyatt Regency Cerromar, Puerto Rico. He was continually promoted to management positions in food and beverage and ultimately operations. During his successful tenure he has served as General Manager at many Hyatt properties including: Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman, Hyatt Regency Aruba, Hyatt Regency Trinidad, Hyatt Regency Curacao, Hyatt Regency Albuquerque, New Mexico, and most recently, the Grand Hyatt Colombo, Sri Lanka. He also helped to open the Park Hyatt Hotel in Zanzibar, Tanzania. Mr. Concha is a native of Colombia and attended university in Colombia and Canada.
