Pricer increases the number of outstanding shares

In September, Pricer has decreased the number of Treasury shares with a total of
9 448 class B shares due to the fulfillment of obligations under the share
savings programs launched in 2013 and 2014. As of September 30th, Pricer thus
owns 1,066,455 class B shares. The total number of outstanding shares was
109,905,326.
