CHICAGO, Oct. 06, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Paul Winum, Ph.D., ABPP will address the NYSE Governance Services 12th Annual Boardroom Summit on Tuesday, October 13th. His topic is “What Makes a Board Great?”. “Great boards continually invest in learning what they can do to improve their effectiveness,” says Dr. Winum. “The imperative and opportunity have never been higher for a board of directors to add value in support of an enterprise’s survival and success. Ultimately, great boards win in the marketplace, and our research on what makes a board great provides practical guidance to those seeking to continually improve their contribution to the organizations they direct.”
