Barczuk is no stranger to Insuresoft or the Diamond system having spent several years working for an Insuresoft client. Barczuk managed that company's IT operations, including infrastructure and software development. Under his direction, that company's infrastructure was able to scale and perform optimally during periods of rapid growth.

Barczuk holds a BS in Communications and Business and a MS in Information Management from Arizona State University. He is currently pursuing an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) designation.
