On 27 October 2015, Jean-Philippe Courtois, a Director of the Company notified
us that, on 6 August 2015, he became interested in 900 AstraZeneca PLC Ordinary
Shares of $0.25 each at a price of 4423p per Ordinary Share as a result of a
purchase of shares on the London Stock Exchange.
