Passengers at Clinton National Airport were most satisfied with getting to the terminal, ticket lobby check-in, TSA security and the overall terminal facilities. The survey has a 95% confidence level, and was conducted between July 1 and September 30, 2015. Phoenix Marketing will continue to survey passengers at the airport through the end of December. The firm has been surveying Clinton National passengers since January with the airport scoring 93% and 92% for the first and second quarters, respectively. Phoenix is currently conducting research at several airports across the country. Last year, it surveyed 35,000 passengers throughout the United States.
“Verifiable research is critical as it shows how we’re performing based on actual passengers who use this airport,” said Ronald F. Mathieu, executive director of Clinton National Airport. “This independent analysis helps to guide us in focusing resources to better serve our customers.”
Clinton National Airport is currently finishing plans for a $20.6 million concourse renovation that will start next year. In 2013, the airport completed nearly $70 million in redevelopment that included a new ticket lobby, an in-line baggage handling system, enlarged security checkpoint and remodeled baggage claim. Clinton National Airport has also invested in a number of additional customer service initiatives, including providing the fastest free Wi-Fi available in any airport across the nation, offering 50 megabits per second, per device.
