EMERYVILLE, CA--(Marketwired - November 25, 2015) - Leading strategic advisory and expert consulting firm Berkeley Research Group continues its geographic expansion by opening offices in Singapore and Sydney. These follow the recent launch of an office in Hong Kong, with each specialising in providing financial and economic expert services in international arbitration and litigation.

Jonathan Humphrey, BRG's head of Disputes and International Arbitration in Australia and Southeast Asia, will lead both offices. He has more than 17 years of experience advising clients as an accounting and finance expert on contentious matters and in an advisory capacity.

Humphrey's experience includes the quantification of lost profits arising from breach of contracts and warranties, valuations resulting from expropriation and shareholder disputes and quantification of damages in respect of professional negligence, insurance claims and post-acquisition disputes. He has worked across sectors including oil and gas, construction, IT and telecoms, financial services and manufacturing; and in jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. He has been recognised by Who's Who Legal as a leading arbitration expert witness in 2014, 2015 and 2016, and as a leading insurance and reinsurance expert in 2015.
