Perestroika AS has purchased additional 25,005,808 subscription rights in Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) at an average price of NOK 0.01 per subscription right.
After this transaction Perestroika AS holds 18,889,449 shares and 145,081,245 subscription rights in EMGS.
