Olav Brusen Barsøe, staff-elected member of the Board of Directors of Nykredit Bank A/S, will take up a position at Nykredit Realkredit A/S as from 1 January 2016 and will consequently be leaving his position at the Bank. In that connection he will retire from the Bank's Board of Directors.
His alternate, Flemming Ellegaard, Chief Dealer, will replace him on the Board of Directors of Nykredit Bank A/S.
