Circular re. Offers for Subscription
The Company announces that it published on 15 December 2015 a circular (the "Circular") seeking shareholder approval for matters in connection with the Offers for Subscription that opened on 15 December 2015 and giving notice for a General Meeting to be held on 28 January 2016.
The Circular covers proposals as follows:
- Creation of K Shares in the company
- Authority to allot shares
- Authority to issue K Shares on a non-pre-emptive basis
- Alteration of Articles of Association
- Authority to purchase K Shares
- Cancellation of share premium account
- Change to the Company's investment policy
