ARLINGTON, Va., Jan. 6, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Association for Enterprise Information (AFEI) is proud to announce the winners of its 2015 Excellence in Enterprise Information Awards. The National Nuclear Security Administration is being recognized for the G2 Enterprise Information Management System while the Institute for Defense Analyses receives an award for its Automated Information Triage for Rapid Decision Making project for the Department of Defense. A third award recognizes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency for its Agency Agility Strategic Initiative. These awards signify outstanding, innovative use of technology to increase efficiency and improve operations across an enterprise.
The winning organizations demonstrated, in the opinion of the judges, the best applications of innovation and technology to improve enterprise performance. Quantifiable metrics, long-term strategic effect, cultural change and measureable accomplishments were all clear attributes of the winning nominations.
