This year's event is sure to excite the taste buds with a variety of bacon-inspired sides, gourmet salads, grilled items and dessert.
Over the course of several months, Corporate Chef Duda Goulart developed many unique recipes for this year's BaconFest; recipes you cannot find anywhere else including Bacon-Wrapped Applewood Ham, Grilled Peppered Pork Belly, Pork Loin with Parmesan and Bacon, Bacon Lover's Cheese Bread, Golden Bacon Salad, Bacon'd Potatoes and much more.
