Offer for Subscription - Fully Subscribed
The Board of Elderstreet VCT plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company's Offer for Subscription launched on 14 December 2015 has now been fully subscribed and no further applications will be accepted. This also applies to the Top-Up Offer for Subscription launched on 22 December 2015.
It is expected that new shares will not be allotted in respect of the applications under the offers until towards the end of March when the Company's draft year end net asset value has been finalised.
