NEEDHAM, MA--(Marketwired - Jan 26, 2016) - Enservio, Inc. today announced a successful 2015 highlighted by the company's innovations in software technology specific to flagging and combatting fraud in real-time for adjusters in the field, an educational webinar program for claims professionals, and new claim payments and carrier partnerships.
In April, Enservio announced a partnership with Citi Prepaid Services to supply custom prepaid cards designed for Enservio's ReStore Payments® platform, a flexible claims payments solution offering policyholders a full range of multiple payment options, from debit cards to electronic fund transfers. The partnership speeds claims payments for policyholders, lienholders and third parties, delivering a superior customer experience.
Most recently Enservio announced a multi-year software agreement to provide The Motorists Insurance Group with ContentsExpress™, the leading self-service contents management solution.
Enservio also rolled out ContentsAnalyzer™, the industry's first and only fraud detection solution that identifies and scores fraudulent claim items at the individual line item as claims are processed. ContentsAnalyzer targets soft (opportunistic) fraud for home contents relating to theft claims. Users of Enservio's flagship ContentsExpress can now access this fraud detection technology from within the application. The combined solution equips claims professionals in the field with the ability to compare and contrast pricing data for signs of exaggerated or padded claim values that may signify fraud. Carriers who deploy this solution have seen an increase in quality SIU referrals by up to 20%.
Webinar Series, Video Award, Property Innovation Summit
In its efforts to help educate claims professionals who conduct valuations in more challenging or specialized areas, Enservio produced an educational webinar series on topics such as water damaged contents, portable power tools, acoustic and electronic pianos, and forgeries in fine art claims.
The next webinar in the series, "Authenticating the Provenance of Antique Objects" is scheduled for Wednesday, January 27. To register, click here, or visit Enservio.com.
2015 also marked the release of 5 new videos in Enservio's award-winning 12-part video series "Making it Right," which featured interviews with exceptional claims professionals performing extraordinary feats to help policyholders restore their lives. In March the video series received its third award, a Gold Award in the AVA Digital Awards competition.
Enservio's highly successful 2015 Property Innovation Summit featured presentations on leadership, customer experience, and "grit." The Summit was keynoted by best-selling business book author Jack Zenger, and FBI investigator Frank Abagnale, whose life was made famous by the Hollywood film, "Catch Me If You Can." The 10th annual Summit will be held April 4-6 in Miami. The Company also exhibited its technology and services at the national and regional PLRB conferences.
