Most recently, he served as Head of IT at Kit and Ace where he was responsible for developing agile enterprise architectures to support the company's rapid growth, which included building its ecommerce & brand web platforms. As Director of Technical Infrastructure at lululemon, Clay was directly responsible for establishing an ecommerce program, which involved developing a system that aligned technology with guest experience to support its massive retail expansion.
